What happens between describing your project and having the kitchen fitted. Four stages, and one single point of contact.

A custom kitchen is not bought like a flat-pack unit: there is no basket, no online payment, and no delivery date announced before anyone has seen the room. Here is what replaces all that.
We come and measure your room to the millimetre: the walls, the plumbing, the sockets, the ceiling height. This is when we find what an architect's drawing never says — a wall out of square, a duct to work around, a floor that is not level. Each of those changes the cutting list.
You receive the layout, the finishes and a firm price. Nothing starts without your approval, and no deposit is asked for the quote itself.
Cutting, edging, drilling and assembly in our workshop. Each wall is cut separately, because a return has neither the length nor necessarily the height of the first. You follow progress online, using the reference given with the quote.
Delivered and fitted at your home by the team that built it, adjustments included. This is the point the workshop does not compromise on: you only ever deal with the people who build your furniture, from the survey to the last hinge adjustment.
The warranty runs five years. Your order reference stays valid: it tracks progress during manufacturing, and it is how you find us again afterwards.
To open a file we need the type of furniture, approximate dimensions and a number we can reach you on. The rest is settled on the phone and then at your home.
